movie with no sound

Have you ever rented a movie, a DVD to be more specific, and there was no sound? We've been trying to watch a movie for several weeks. First it started on the computer, where we thought the movie looked really good, so wanted to watch it, except it was in low quality on the computer. Then we went to Mr. Movies on Saturday to rent it on DVD. Of course we've been very busy these past few days with softball and stuff, so we didn't sit down to watch it until 9pm last night. Once it started to play, there was no sound, none! We messed with the TV and the settings on the DVD and still no sound. The next thing was to try a different DVD. So we popped it in and of course, we could hear everything. Back in with the rented movie and no sound. It was BlueRay to be exact. After a call to the store, a swapped out movie today, my husband and I are going to attempt to watch this movie again!
