I was amused by this turtle. I've seen them crossing the highway by water, but have never seen one in town, or as big as this. I thought it was pretty cool actually.

tanning turtle in town?
Leaving a home visit, I found this turtle in the road, right in town. It was very big. It was as long as my shoe and about 6-8 inches high. When I walked up to it, it put it's head inside it's shell.
I was amused by this turtle. I've seen them crossing the highway by water, but have never seen one in town, or as big as this. I thought it was pretty cool actually.
