Strange Apartment Building

This apartment building is so strange. I see it when I go on a couple of home visits. Someone in Madison told me a few years ago that it was a flat roof, but they added the peak onto it to help with saving energy.


Without the peak, you could take one big step and be on the roof. I just thought it looked goofy having the door sitting like that and the apartment under ground.
