House Update

So the whole house shopping thing moved into rush mode this week, but not solely on purpose. We looked at 3 houses on Tuesday, but knew none of those would work. So we looked at 2 more on Thursday and ended up really liking one of the houses. We decided to make an offer on it this morning. The sellers counter offered and then we did the same. Finally today, they came back and accepted our offer. So needless to say, we're excited and nervous at the same time. We've made it to 1st base! YAY! It will have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge laundry room, sun room, double attached garage and in a perfect location. As we move further through the process, I'll tell you more. Right now we feel scared and excited. We're so ready to have our family in a nice sized house where the kids actually have room to spread out and play! But on the other side, we're getting into a house payment so that is scary.
